He brings over 25 years of senior management experience to the Company. Mr. McKinnon is currently President and CEO of MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. and Red Pine Exploration Inc., both of which are resource exploration companies headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Previously, Mr. McKinnon held senior management positions with several high profile Canadian corporations, including Nestle Canada. |

Richard Schler - Vice President & CFO, Director Richard E. Schler has been our Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director since April 2004. He is also currently serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. and Red Pine Exploration Inc., both of which are resource exploration companies headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Before joining these companies, Mr. Schler held various senior management positions with noted corporations. He also has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. |

John P. Sanderson - Vice-Chairman, Director John Sanderson, Q.C., C.Med., C.Arb, is a mediator, arbitrator, consultant and lawyer called to the Bar in Ontario and British Columbia. Mr. Sanderson has acted as mediator, facilitator and arbitrator across Canada in commercial transactions including insurance claims and corporate contractual disputes in construction matters, environmental disputes, inter-governmental disputes, employment matters and in relation to aboriginal claims. Representative parties have ranged from trade unions to the Federal Government, major banks and financial institutions, construction companies, and resource industries. |

Quentin Yarie - Senior Vice-President of Exploration, Director Mr. Yarie’s principal occupation is as a professional geophysicist. He has been Vice-President of Exploration of Red Pine Exploration Inc., Honey Badger Exploration Inc. and Senior Vice-President of Exploration for MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. since January 1, 2010. Mr. Yarie was the business development officer of Geotech Limited, an Ontario corporation from October 2007 to January 2010. From September 2004 through October 2007, he was a senior representative of sales and business development for Aeroquest Limited. Mr. Yarie’s education consists of SIAST, Saskatchewan, in business administration. |

Alex Iannone- Director Alex Iannone has been a partner with Iannone Accounting Services since 1984. He has been a director of the Company since 2008. Iannone Accounting Services provides accounting and tax services to a wide variety of clients. As a provider of financial services to his clients, his level of experience and background enables him to understand the accounting principles used by the Company in the preparation of its financial statements, as well as assessing the general application of those principles as they relate to estimates, accruals and reserves. His experience also provides him with an excellent understanding relevant to the preparation, audit and analysis of financial statements of businesses and financial matters involving ventures in the resource sector.

Hadyn Butler - Director Mr. Butler is a Professional Geoscientist and a practicing member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. Mr. Butler had 30 years consulting experience with INCO and has enjoyed substantial ... success in mineral exploration. He has over 40 years of geological experience. He has been a Director of MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. since August 14, 2003 and as its Member of Technical Advisory Committee since February 2011.
